Harmony remote controls are very power automation devices. They are intended for the average person, just like you. It is a common misconception that these Advanced remotes are difficult to operate - which is not true. Harmony remotes can be straight-forward to program, and they can also be complex to originally setup correclty and fully. It takes a very good understanding of using a computer and how your home theatre system is wired in order to program a hard remote successfully. Harmony remotes can operate ANY IR (InfraRed) device known to humans. We can help make your enjoying your Home Theatre, or just kicking back and watching TV - A pleasurable experience.

Service Area: Durham Region, Clarington, Markham, Uxbridge, Scugog and Toronto.

Our Service Includes:

In-home visit to your home or business.
- Please make sure if this is a business all clearances and special instructions are communicated via email or payment notes in advance of your appointment.
Program a single Harmony remote to ONE room. Maximum 6 devices supported (all current models of the Harmony remote support 6 devices or more)
- More devices can be added for upgraded models of the Harmony remote, with an additional fee.

Client Requirements & Responsibilities:

Please ensure your entire home theatre is connected and working as desired. Once a Harmony remote is programmed any changes to your configuration, or additional devices being added will require the Harmony remote to be updated accordingly.
An adult aged 19 years or older will be required for the duration of the service call
Our installer will require the devices to be serviced to be available & on-site, access to the residence, owner permission (in case of tenant/renter), a safe working environment, electricity and space to work.

What is not included with this service? (extra fees / time applicable)

Television Setup / Mount or Installation must already be completed in order to purchase this service a-la-carte
Any additional labour requirements / connectvity / troubleshooting.
